Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all Chemical Guys hangtags are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Print & Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, adhere it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
